Alkmaar is the nearest big city and perfect for a cycling trip. For example, visit Alkmaar city on Fridays in summertime and attend the traditional cheese market. Do you like to visit places with history? Near Uitgeest you will find Fort aan den Ham, part of the Defense Line of Amsterdam. Fort aan den Ham offers an interesting museum and they regularly host events. You can discover the area by taking the famous ‘Pontjes Route’ too. Whatever you choose, we will ensure that you get there on a comfortable bike!

With all our bicycles, rental is free on the 6th and 7th day With the exception of e-fatbikes and the e-cargo bike.
We have new e-bikes and children’s bicycles from the beginning of 2024.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which electric bicycles can you offer?
The fatbikes offer pedal assistance. Our e-choppers are 100% electric. We also rent out bicycles with gears and e-bikes for an extra bit of support. We rent out cargo bikes and we have an electric cargo bike at our shop.
Can I take a child with me in the back or in the front?
Our cargo bikes can accommodate a maximum of two children up to 8 years old.
